Shipping and Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy is provided for customer convenience. It does not replace or override Accora’s Terms of Sale which govern all purchases. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Sale shall prevail.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping (Curbside Delivery)

  • We provide free curbside delivery for all products.
  • Orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days.
  • Delivery is made to the front of your residence or facility. Please note, this service does not include bringing the item inside or assembly.

White Glove Delivery & Installation

  • With our premium white glove service, a technician will deliver, assemble your product in your chosen room, and remove all packaging.
  • Orders typically arrive within 8–15 business days.
  • When our delivery partner, Deliveright, receives your order, they will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time window for delivery.
  • Please ensure the installation area is clear, as technicians can only assemble the new product and are not able to move or remove existing furniture.
  • Currently available only in Florida, Texas, California, and Washington.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details (usually within 1–2 business days).
  • If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • For tracking questions, email information@accora.care and include your full name and order number.

Delivery Inspection

  • Customers must inspect their order at the time of delivery before the carrier departs.
  • If there is any visible damage, it must be noted on the delivery paperwork (Bill of Lading) and reported immediately to the driver.
  • Failure to document visible damage at delivery may affect the ability to make a claim.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please call us immediately at +1 301-560-2400. Once your order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Visible damage must be reported at the time of delivery and documented with the carrier.
  • All claims for damage or missing items must also be submitted to Accora within 5 days of receipt.
  • Claims for latent (hidden) defects must be made within 30 days of invoice date.
  • To report damage or missing parts, please email information@accora.care and include photos to support your damage claim.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs (delivery and return shipping costs).
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, and in their original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, assembled, or modified.
  • A credit memo will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s), providing they are in their original packaging, unused, and the packaging is in a good condition.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 -15 days of receipt.
